Returns Policy

Castello Style Returns Policy

Our aim is to provide you with the highest levels of customer service whether you may have changed your mind, or experienced a problem with regards to your purchase.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, just return the product to us following the instructions below, and we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

If you wish to make a return please include:

  • Your full contact details
  • Details of the product you wish to return including the quantity
  • Reason for return
  • Date of purchase

If your purchase is eligible to return, you will be issued a Return Number. No returned goods will be accepted unless authorised by us and the package is clearly marked with the RE number.

If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt. They must be returned in original packaging, unused and suitable to be resold. Please note that if the goods have been ordered incorrectly the postage and packing cost will be deducted from any refund.

All refunds will be completed within 14 days from the time we have received the order back to us.
